You and your client can choose which image you would like displayed when your property website link is shared on social media.  If you or your client want to be sure that the same image is used each time for every property, you can set a default on their account.  This will save you both time as you wont have to do this for every single property!


How to set a default social share image


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Click on Clients tab

    Step 2: Search client name

    Step 3: Click on client name

    Step 4: Click the Client Detail tab

    Step 5: Scroll to Default Design & Flyer section

    Step 6: Choose Default Thumbnail Image

    Step 7: Click "Save Updates"


Step-by-step:


Step 1: Click on the Clients tab at the top of the page.



Step 2: Search for the client that you would like to set a default social share image for.



Step 3: Click on the client's name when it appears in the search results.  This will take you to the Client Summary page.



Step 4: Click on the Client Details tab on the left-hand side.



Step 5: Scroll down to the Default Design & Flyer section.



Step 6: Click the drop-down menu for the Default Thumbnail Image and select your desired social tile.



Step 7: Click "Save Updates" to save the default image for social sharing.  



When a property link is posted to social media, it will now display the client's default social tile image that they have selected.  They can still change this on a per-property basis if they would like.  Click here to see how!
