The new Minimize Downtime feature is a great way to reduce the gaps between appointments that leave you and your photographers waiting around between shoots. When Minimize Downtime is enabled, we will do our best to keep the day stacked back-to-back with appointments!

How to enable minimize downtime
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Account tab
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab
Step 3: Click Minimize Downtime drop-down
Step 4: Select "Yes"
Step 5: View schedule on test order
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Account tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on the App Integration tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Google Calendar section, click the drop-down menu for Minimize Downtime.
Step 4: Select "Yes" to enable the minimize downtime feature. Note: you must be using a Google calendar enhanced shopping cart in order to use the Minimize Downtime feature.
Step 5: Once Minimize Downtime is enabled, we will not offer certain appointment times that are near a directly adjacent appointment time. This will cause clients to select an appointment time that is directly next to another appointment, or leave enough space that another appointment may be done between them. Place a test order to see Minimize Downtime in action!
