By default, clients are not required to log in to access your shopping cart and place an order. You can change that to ensure that your clients set up an account and see any special pricing that may apply.
How to require clients to login
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click Business tab
Step 2: Click Shopping Cart tab
Step 3: Click "Config" button
Step 4: Select "Yes" on Require Client Login drop-down
Step 5: Edit login page message
Step 7: Clients will now need to login
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Click the "Config" button for your shopping cart.
Step 4: In the Force Login section, click the drop-down menu next to Require Client Login. Select "Yes".
Step 5: You can edit the message that will appear on the login page by clicking in the Message box and making changes.
Step 6: Click the "Ok" button to save your changes.
Step 7: Clients will now need to login to view your shopping cart and place an order.
