Once you have taken the photos and uploaded them into the property site, you will need to complete the order.  This lets your client know that their photos are ready and can be accessed or downloaded.  

How to complete a photography order

Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Go to Site Summary tab

    Step 2: Check "Done" for ordered products

    Step 3: Click "Activation Page" button

    Step 4: Choose site purchase option

    Step 5: Click "Preview & Send Site Completion Email"

    Step 6: Make any changes to email, if needed

    Step 7: Click "Also send a text message" checkbox, if needed

    Step 8: Click "Send"

    Step 9: Click "Ok"

    Step 10: Verify if client has opened email or resend, if needed


Step 1: Click on the Site Summary tab on the left-hand side.

Step 2: On each product that was ordered, click the "Done" checkbox or click "All Done" below the list of products.

Step 3: If all products are complete, you will be asked if you want go to the Activation page for the site.  Click the "Activation Page" button.

Step 4: On the Activation page, you have 3 purchase options.  Go Live Now purchases the Marketing Kit and Site Delivery to the client, while also making the site Live.  Buy Now purchases the Marketing Kit and Site Delivery to the client, but allows the client to make the site Live.  Buy Delivery allows your client to access the media but does not include the Marketing Kit.  Note: if you select Buy Delivery, you can still purchase the Marketing Kit at a later time.

Step 5: Once selecting your purchase option, you will then be given the opportunity to send a Site Completion email.  Click the "Preview & Send Site Completion Email" button.

Step 6: You will see a pop-up window where you can preview the completion email that will be sent. Here, you can make any changes to the message that you would like.

Step 7: You can also send the client a text message to notify them that their photos are complete by clicking the checkbox next to "Also send a text message".

Step 8: Click the "Send" button to send the completion email to your client. 

Step 9: You will see verification that the completion email has been sent.  Click "Ok".

Step 10: On the Site Activation tab, you can see whether your client has opened the completion email.  You can also resend the email, if needed.
