Integrating your HDPhotoHub account with your Google calendar will automatically add your photoshoot appointments to your Google calendar. This will allow you to adjust the date or time of an appointment whether using Google calendar on your computer/phone or on your account Dashboard. No matter where you make the change, everything will remain synchronized! Integrating your Google calendar will also allow you to use the Google Calendar Enhanced Order Form, which will give your clients the ability to schedule directly on your Google calendar when they are placing an order.
How to authorize your Google calendar
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click Account tab
Step 2: Click App Integration tab
Step 3: Click "Authorize My Account"
Step 4: Select your Google account
Step 5: Click "Allow"
Step 6: Choose your Appointment Mode

Step 1: Click the Account tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Google Calendar section, click the "Authorize My Account" button.
Step 4: Select the Google account that you would like to sync your appointments with.
Step 5: Click "Allow" to grant HDPhotoHub Calendar Sync access to your Google calendar.
Step 6: Your Google Calendar is now integrated with your HDPhotoHub account. At this point, you have a couple different options for the Appointment Mode. Click the option below for steps on setting up your preferred Appointment Mode:
