The Mileage Report in your HDPhotoHub account can be extremely helpful in keeping track of all the miles you travel for your photoshoots. Your miles will be tracked from your home to your first appointment, in-between appointments throughout the day, and then back home from your last appointment. You could eliminate keeping a daily log of your driven miles and use the mileage report that is already generated for you!
How to access your mileage report
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Account tab
Step 2: Click the Reports tab
Step 3: Click Mileage Report
Step 4: Select Monthly, Daily, or Detailed
Step 5: Enter date range
Step 6: Download .CSV File, if needed

Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on the Account tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on the Reports tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Reports section, click the Mileage Report.
Step 4: In the "Show" drop-down menu, select whether you would like to display your Monthly Total Travel, Daily Total Travel, or your Detailed Routes. Note: To include the miles from your home to your first appointment and from the last appointment to your home each day, you must enter a valid address in your account.
Step 5: Enter in your desired date range. For example, if you are wanting to use this for tax purposes, you can select an entire year range from January 1st to December 31st.
Step 6: If you need to save this information, you can download it in .csv form by clicking the "Download .CSV File" button.
