While you can see two weeks worth of appointments on your HDPhotoHub Dashboard, you are able to view an entire month at a time. This will allow you to see appointments that are further out.
How to view your shoot calendar
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Reports tab
Step 3: Click Shoot Calendar
Step 4: View different months, if needed
Step 5: Remove/Add team members from view, if needed
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Reports tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Workflow Reports section, click "Shoot Calendar".
Step 4: If needed, you can navigate through previous and future months by clicking the arrow buttons in the upper left and right-hand corners.
Step 5: You can also remove or add team members from the view, if needed, by clicking the checkbox next to their name below the calendar.
