Whether a listing has switched agents or a property site was created in the wrong client account, you can move a property site to another client in a few simple steps.
How to move a property site to another client
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Go to the Site Summary
Step 2: Cancel any unpaid photography orders
Step 3: Click arrow and silhouette button by client name
Step 4: Choose new Primary Client
Step 5: Click "Ok"
Step 6: Scroll down and place new order
Step-by-step:
Step 1: From the Sites tab at the top of the page, click on the property that you need to move to another client. This will take you to the Site Summary page.
Step 2: If there are any unpaid photography orders, you will need to cancel those first before you are able to move the property site to another client. Note: If the order has any payments on it, then you will need to completely cancel the order and reorder in the correct account. For steps on completely cancelling an order, click here.
Step 3: In the street address header, click the button next to the clients name that is an arrow pointing to a silhouette.
Step 4: In the Primary Client drop-down menu, select or type in the new primary agent name.
Step 5: Click the "Ok" button to move this site to the new primary client.
Step 6: Once you have moved the property site to the correct client, scroll to the bottom of the Site Summary page. You will see a Order Additional Products/Services section. Click the order button to be taken to your order form and place a new photography order for the client that the site is now assigned to.
