Using the Calculated Drive Time feature can help you make sure that appointments aren't scheduled too close together and keep you on time!  When offering appointments to clients, we'll calculate the actual drive time from appointment to appointment during their ordering process. The travel time even factors in traffic based on the time of day! 


How to enable calculated drive time

    Step 1: Click the Business tab

    Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab

    Step 3: Click the Drive Time Computation Mode drop-down 

    Step 4: Select "Calculated Drive Time" 

    Step 5: Go to Account App Integration page 

    Step 6:  Select "Clients Choose Date and Time" for Appointment Mode

Step-by-step:


Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.


Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.


Step 3: In the Shopping Cart section, click the Drive Time Computation Mode drop-down menu.



Step 4: Select the Calculated Drive Time option.


Step 5: Calculated Drive Time will only work if you allow clients to choose the date and time of their photoshoot.  To verify this setting, click on the Account tab at the top of the page and then the App Integration tab on the left-hand side.


Step 6: In the Google Calendar app integration settings, select "Clients Choose Date and Time" in the Appointment Mode drop-down menu. You will now have Calculated Drive Time fully enabled.
