You can now schedule delivery emails and text messages to send at a later date! When you have completed an order, choose a time within 48 hours to send the completion email/text to your client.
How to schedule delivery emails
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click Site Activation tab
Step 2: Click "Preview & Send Site Completion Email"
Step 3: Click "Send later" checkbox
Step 4: Choose date/time from drop-down
Step 5: Click "Schedule Send"
Step 1: Once you have marked the order as complete, click the Site Activation tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Click the "Preview & Send Site Completion" email button.
Step 3: Make any changes that you need to the completion email. Then, click the checkbox next to "Send Later".
Step 4: To the right of "send on", click the drop-down menu and select the date/time that you would like the email to be sent on.
Step 5: Click the "Schedule Send" button and your email/text message will be sent on that date/time.
