When it comes to the site completion email and text notification, you may find that you want to delay the sending to the client.  It could be that you are working late or simply want all of your notifications to go out at the same time.  You have the ability to schedule the sending of the site completion email and text message.  You can choose a date/time within 48 hours and the system will automatically send these notifications at that chosen time!


How to schedule delivery emails


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Click Site Activation tab

    Step 2: Click "Preview & Send Site Completion Email:

    Step 3: Click "Send later" checkbox

    Step 4: Choose date/time from drop-down

    Step 5: Click "Schedule Send"


Step-by-step:


Step 1: Once you have marked the order as complete, click the Site Activation tab on the left-hand site.



Step 2: Click the "Preview & Send Site Completion" email button.



Step 3: Make any changes that you need to the completion email.  Then, click the checkbox next to "Send later".  



Step 4: To the right of "send on", click the drop-down menu and select the date/time that you would like to email to be sent on.



Step 5: Click the "Schedule Send" button and your email/text message will be sent on that date/time.
