For yourself and each of your team members, you can now enable Morning Text Messages. You can choose the time that you would like to receive the text message and it will automatically be sent to you or your team members each morning! The text message will include the number of photoshoots you have that day, the start time of your first appointment, and a link that will direct you to your Mobile Daily Schedule. This will help you and your team members start the day off on the right foot! Take a look below for how to enable the Morning Text Message.
Enabling morning text message
Click the steps below for a details walk-through:
Step 1: Click the Account tab
Step 2: Scroll to "Morning Text Message" drop-down
Step 3: Select desired time
Step 4: Click "Save Updates"
Step 5: View text message
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Account tab at the top of the page. Note: this is done on a per-account basis. You will need to do this in each Team Member's account that would like to have this feature enabled.
Step 2: Scroll down to the "Morning Text Message" drop-down and click to view available send times. Note: you will need to make sure you have "Receive Text Messages" checked and a phone number entered.
Step 3: Choose the time that you would like to receive the text message in the morning. Note: the time is based on your brand's local time zone. If your team members are located in various time zones, they will want to adjust the time accordingly.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Updates".
Step 5: You will receive the Morning Text Message the following day at your selected time. You can click the link in the text to access your Mobile Daily Schedule which will include all the photoshoot details that you will need.
