Whether you have multiple members on your team or just one, you may find that you want to hide the team member selection on your shopping cart. This would allow you to have the system automatically choose who gets the order and possibly keep all team members busy while also showing more availability for your clients!
How to disable team member selection
Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:
Step 1: Click Business tab
Step 2: Click Shopping Cart tab
Step 3: Click "Config" button
Step 4: Scroll to Team Members section
Step 5: Click Team Member Selection drop-down
Step 6: Choose "Don't Show Team Members / Auto-Choose"
Step 7: Click "OK"
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Click the "Config" button for your shopping cart.
Step 4: In the Adjust Design Settings pop-up window, scroll down to the Team Members section.
Step 5: Click the drop-down menu for Team Member Selection.
Step 6: Choose "Don't Show Team Members / Auto-Choose". This will hide the team member selection area on your shopping cart and automatically assign the order to one of your team members. Note: if you client has a preferred team member, the order will be assigned to them first (if possible).
Step 7: Click the "OK" button to save your changes. You can now go to your shopping cart and see that the team member selection area is not visible.
