When your client uploads an account photo, it may not always display properly on their property sites or Marketing Kit materials. This could be because they have uploaded a full body shot or maybe it's a team photo and someone is being cropped out. You can use facial recognition on their account photo to make sure their image is displayed properly.

Step 5: Click "Facial Recognition" button
Step 6: Click "Add Face"

Step 9: Scroll down and click "Save Updates"
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Client on the Clients tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Search for the client that you need to modify the account photo for.
Step 3: Click on that client's name to be taken to their Client Summary.
Step 4: Click the Client Detail tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 5: Below their account photo, click the "Facial Recognition" button.
Step 6: Click the "Add Face" button. This will generate a transparent box on their account photo.
Step 7: Box the box over their face and get it as close in as possible. This will ensure that their account photo is displayed properly on all marketing materials. Note: if it is a team photo, you can add facial recognition to each person in the photo. Keep in mind that if multiple faces are detected, the facial recognition tool will take an average to be the center of the image. Additionally, you can remove an incorrectly created facial recognition by right-clicking on the facial recognition box.
Step 8: Click the "Save Face(s)" button to save the facial recognition.
Step 9: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Updates". Your clients account photo will now appear properly on their property sites and Marketing Kit materials.
