If you offer floor plan products to your clients and use CubiCasa, you can integrate your CubiCasa account with HDPhotohub! When you integrate your CubiCasa account and a client places a floor plan order, we will automatically create the draft in your CubiCasa account. Then, once you have completed the scan, we will automatically import it to the property site! This will save you valuable time and help streamline your process!
How to integrate with CubiCasa

Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab
Step 3: Scroll down to CubiCasa
Step 4: Click "Enable" button
Step 5: Go to CubiCasa account settings
Step 6: Click "Developers" and copy API key
Step 7: Paste into API Key box on HDPH
Step 8: Enter CubiCasa account email
Step 9: Click "Check Team Member Accounts"
Step 10: Choose which files to import
Step 11: Select products to import
Step 12: Complete scan to import to property site

Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Scroll down to the CubiCasa integration, located in the Product Processing section.
Step 4: Click the "Enable" button in the CubiCasa section. Note: if you do not already have an existing CubiCasa account, you can create one at Cubi.Casa
Step 5: Once enabled, you will need to enter in your CubiCasa API key. You can get that by going to your CubiCasa account, clicking the down arrow in the upper-right hand corner, and then clicking "Settings".
Step 6: In top navigation, click the "Developers" option and then copy the API key that displays.
Step 7: Go back to your HDPhotoHub account and paste the API key in the API Key spot of the CubiCasa integration.
Step 8: Enter in your CubiCasa account email address.
Step 9: If you have other team members that complete floor plans, you can click the "Check Team Member Accounts" button to find your team member's account in CubiCasa and make them collaborators. When a floor plan order comes in and it is assigned to that team member, the draft will automatically be made in their CubiCasa collaborator account. Note: creating team member accounts is not required. Any orders that come in for team members without a CubiCasa account will automatically be assigned to the owner of the CubiCasa account.
Step 10: In the Customization section, you can choose which files to import to your clients property sites, as well as, if you want them visible or automatically hidden from the property website.
Step 11: Next, you will need to select which products will need to have drafts created in CubiCasa. When a selected product is ordered, we will automatically create the draft for you!
Step 12: Once you complete the scan in the draft that we have created for you, the floor plan will automatically be imported to the property site!
