A really great tool for your clients to use is the lead capture system.  Your clients can add the lead capture phone number and/or text code to a rider sign or other advertising as opposed to the property site URL.  When a buyer calls or texts that phone number, the buyer will receive a text message with more information about the property and it will include a link to the property site and other details.  It will also include the client's contact details.  When that text message goes out to the buyer, your client will receive a text message as well!  It will provide them with the phone number of the person that called/texted so that they can follow-up with them directly.  The buyer's information will also be recorded so that your client can access that information at any time!             


How to use the lead capture system

    Step 1: Click the Business tab

    Step 2: Click the Business Details tab

    Step 3: Verify Lead Capture Call/Text Number

    Step 4: Click "Save Changes"

    Step 5: Click the Sites tab

    Step 6: Click on a property

    Step 7: Click the Lead Capture tab

    Step 8: See lead capture number and any inquiries



Step-by-step:


Step 1: First, you will want to verify the lead capture call/text phone number.  It is a good idea to use a number with your local area code.  Click the Business tab at the top of the page.


Step 2: Click the Business Details tab on the left-hand side of the page.


Step 3: Scroll down to the Other Settings section and click the "Lead Capture Call/Text Number" drop-down menu.  Select a phone number with your local area code.  Note: if your area code is not listed, please reach out to our Support team and we will try to get that added for you.


Step 4: Click "Save Changes" to update the Lead Capture Call/Text Number.


Step 5: To see what your clients see for the Lead Capture System, click the Sites tab at the top of the page.


Step 6: Click on a property to be taken to the Site Summary page.


Step 7: Click the Lead Capture tab on the left-hand side of the page.


Step 8: On this page, you will see the lead capture phone number and text message code.  This is what your clients can use on their marketing to allow buyers to get additional information on the property and be texted a link to the property website.  If a buyer calls/texts the phone number, their phone number will be recorded in the Call and Text Inquiries section.  This will allow your clients to reach out later and/or be able to see how many requests their property has gotten!
