You and your clients can choose to split payments when paying an outstanding balance!  This will be especially helpful when you have teams that each pay a portion of the order or your client simply wants to pay part now and the rest later.  Take a look below on how to process a split billing payment.  


Processing a split payment


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Click to pay an unpaid balance

    Step 2: Click the 'Amount to Pay' button

    Step 3: Enter in the payment amount

    Step 4: Choose payment method

    Step 5: Click 'Pay Now'

    Step 6: Repeat steps 2-5 until balance is paid 



Step-by-step: 


Step 1: Click to pay an unpaid balance.  This can be done from the client Dashboard, an invoice, or a property Site Summary.  



Step 2: Click the 'Amount to Pay button' on the Total Due line.



Step 3: In the Payment Amount box, enter in the amount that you would like to pay. Note: this amount cannot be higher than the Total Due.  If using Acct Funds for the payment, the Payment Amount can also not be higher than the available Acct Funds.



Step 4: Choose the payment method that you would like to use for this payment amount.



Step 5: Click the 'Pay Now' button to process the payment.  If the payment is successful, the page will refresh with the new Total Due amount.



Step 6: You can repeat steps 2 through 5 until the full balance is paid or you can process another payment later. Note: you can split the payment as many times as needed until the full balance is paid.
