When you have Dropbox integrated, you will see Media Upload Folder options in the app integration settings.  Using this folder will allow your team members to easily upload their images to Dropbox without ever having to access Dropbox!  The Media Upload Folder can be found on the Site Media page, as well as, you can include a link to the folder within the Task Assigned email.  This will prevent your team members from having to locate the correct property folder in Dropbox and make the overall process of getting photos to the editor or uploaded to the site much simpler!

Step-by-step:

Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Click the App Integration tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Media Upload Folders' section within the Dropbox integration settings.

Step 4: In the 'Media Upload Folder Name' box, enter in what you would like this folder to actually be called (if you want something different than Media Upload Folder).  This could be something like "Raw Image Upload" or "Unedited Image Upload".  Note: this will only be displayed to you and your team members, not clients.

Step 5: In the 'Media Upload Folder Message" box, you can include a message to your team members that will appear at the top of the upload folder page.

Step 6: In the 'Link to Media Upload Folder' drop-down, you can choose where you would like the link to the Media Upload Folder to display.  You can choose to not display it at all, only display on the Task Assigned email, only display on the Site Media page, or display on both the Task Assigned emails AND the Site Media page.

Step 7: In the 'Allow Large File Upload' drop-down, choose whether you would like to allow team members to upload files larger than 150MB.  If you choose not to allow this, team members will be unable to upload any files larger than 150MB.

Step 8: To see the Upload Media Folder, you can go to the Site Media page for any property site.

Step 9: Once on the Site Media page, click the 'Media Upload Folder' button to be taken to the upload page. Note: if you have changed the Media Upload Folder Name then this button will display as what you changed the name to.

Step 10: On the Media Upload Folder, you can either drag/drop images to upload them or 'Click to Browse' to add images from your computer. Note: you will see your Media Upload Folder Message on this page (if you entered one in your Dropbox integration settings) just below the property address.

Step 11: Once the images have completed uploading in the Upload Media Folder, you will see those images in the corresponding Dropbox folder.
