Whether you want to slightly modify an existing flyer template or create an entirely custom flyer template for a client, you can do that using HDPhotoHub's custom flyer creator.  From the overall layout to the size of the font - the possibilities are endless!  Follow the steps below to get started on creating your own custom flyer templates.

How to create a custom flyer template

    Step 1: Click the Business tab

    Step 2: Click the Custom Designs tab

    Step 3: Click the 'New Flyer' button

    Step 4: Choose a Meld Name (flyer design name)

    Step 5: Choose a Co-Listing option

    Step 6: Choose a Group (if needed)

    Step 7: Choose a Client (if needed)

    Step 8: Add Photo boxes

    Step 9: Add Heading text

    Step 10: Add Text boxes

    Step 11: Add Shapes

    Step 12: Switch Flyer Status to 'Active'

    Step 13: Click 'Save & Close'

Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Click the Custom Designs tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 3: On this page, you will see your Custom Site Designs, Custom Flyer Designs, and Custom Social Tile Designs.  In the Custom Flyer Designs section, click the 'New Flyer' button for the site of flyer you would like to create.  Note: you can also create a custom design based on one of our existing templates.  This option will allow you to make custom modifications without having to start from scratch.

Step 4: You will now see the custom flyer creator.  At the top of the editor, choose a Meld Name for your custom flyer design.  This name will be visible by your clients.

Step 5: In the Co-Listing drop-down, you can choose whether you want the co-list client to be displayed on the flyer.  You can choose 'Not Offered' - won't display at all, 'Optional' - allow the client to choose whether to display or not, or 'Required' - will always display the co-list client.  

Step 6: If you would like to make this flyer template exclusive to a specific Group, you can type that group name in the Group box and choose the group once it is shown.  This will prevent anyone from outside that Group to use this custom flyer template.  This is especially helpful if you are creating a flyer template using custom brokerage colors!

Step 7: If you are creating this flyer template for a specific client, you can type that client's name in the Client box and choose them once shown in the results.  This will only allow that one client to use this custom flyer template.

Step 8: In the 'Add an Item' left-hand menu, click the 'Photo' button to add an image box.  Your clients will be able to drag/drop their site images into these boxes.  Once the image box is added, you can resize it and adjust it to anywhere on the flyer design that you would like. Note: You can the Media Type of a Photo box so that it will auto-populate accordingly.  For example, you can set the Media Type as 'Client' so that the client's headshot will auto-populate onto the flyer.

Step 9: Next, you can add a Heading text box.  Once the Heading text box is added, you can adjust the size of the box.  You can also adjust the font, font size, font color, and alignment.

Step 10: You can also add Text boxes for things like amenities, a property description, or the client information.  Much like the Heading text box, you can adjust the size of the box and make changes to the font.

Step 11: To make some items stand out, you can also add Shapes to your flyer template.  The color and size of the shapes can be modified.  Note: the Realtor and Equal Housing logos are included in the Shapes options.  

Step 12: Once you are satisfied with your flyer template, you will switch the Status to Active.  This will make your flyer visible to your clients (or exclusive Group/Client) and they will be able to use it for any of their property sites.  Note: your flyer template will not be saved until you click 'Save & Close'.

Step 13: Click the 'Save & Close' button to return to the Custom Designs page.  Note: you can click 'Save' at any time to ensure that your changes are saved along the way.
