When you are reassigning an order with multiple product lines that are all assigned to the same team member, it can get a bit tedious reassigning each individual order task line.  Now, you are able to reassign multiple order task lines at once!  If the tasks are assigned to the same team member, you can now choose to reassign multiple task lines or just the one.  Take a look below on how to reassign multiple task lines! 


How to reassign multiple order tasks


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Go to Site Summary

    Step 2: Click Team Member name 

    Step 3: Choose another Team Member

    Step 4: Click 'Move Both/All Tasks'

    Step 5: Assigned tasks have been reassigned



Step-by-step:


Step 1: From the Sites tab, click on the property address to go to the Site Summary page for the order that you need to reassign.


Step 2: In the 'Assigned To' column, click on the Team Member name for the order task that you need to reassign.


Step 3: Select another Team Member from the drop-down list.



Step 4: You will see a pop-up window asking if you want to move all tasks from the old Team Member to the new Team Member.  Click 'Move Both Tasks'.  Note: if you only want to move the single task that you are reassigning, click 'Move 1 Task'.



Step 5: You will now see any tasks previously assigned to the old Team Member have now been assigned to the new Team Member.  Note: your team members will receive an email notification letting them know which products they have been removed from and which ones they have been assigned to.
