Verify your email address to make sure emails from the HDPhotoHub system to your clients come from your business email address! This will allow us to send emails from the system to your clients from one of your email addresses and lessen the chance of it being marked as spam!  Follow the steps below to verify your email address.

How to verify your email address

Step 5: Enter in the email address that you'd like us to use in the FROM line when sending emails from the system to your clients.

Step 8: Go back to the Email Addresses tab and scroll down to the Verified Email Accounts section.  You will now see that your email address has a 'Success' status.

Step 9: (Optional but recommended) - Once your email address is verified, you will see a Delivery Optimization section with SPF and DKIM records.  You can take both of those records and add them to your DNS host so that we can further improve deliverability to your clients and get your messages into the inbox and past the Spam folder.  Since the process for adding these records can vary depending on who your DNS host is, we have included a few articles below from some popular domain DNS hosts.

GoDaddy:
- Adding SPF Records

- Adding DKIM Records

Wix:

- Adding SPF Records

- Adding DKIM Records

Bluehost:

- Adding SPF Records

- Adding DKIM Records

Namecheap:

- Adding SPF Records

- Adding DKIM Records

If your DNS host is not listed above, you can reach out to your host and they will be able to help walk you through this process!

Once your records are added, you will see an 'Active' message for the SPF and DKIM Status.  Great job!
