Sometimes you might find that you need to have agreements between your business and your team members.  These types of agreements could be NDA's or even just a simple PTO request agreement.  You can set these agreements up in your HDPhotoHub account and your team members will be automatically prompted to accept them the next time they log into their account.  Take a look below to find out how to add a Team Member Agreement!


How to add a team member agreement


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Click the Business tab

    Step 2: Click the Business Details tab

    Step 3: Scroll to the Copyright License section

    Step 4: Click 'Create a New Agreement'

    Step 5: Add an Agreement Name

    Step 6: Select a Status

    Step 7: Add the Agreement/Policy

    Step 8: Click 'Save Updates'

    Step 9: View Team Member Agreement Acceptance List report



Step-by-step:


Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.


Step 2: Click the Business Details tab on the left-hand side of the page.


Step 3: Scroll down to the Copyright License section and you will see the Team Member Agreements area.


Step 4: Click the 'Create a New Agreement' button.


Step 5: Add an Agreement Name for your new team member agreement.  Note: this will display to your team members and be shown on the Team Member Agreement Acceptance report.



Step 6: In the Status drop-down, choose the status that you would like for this agreement.  Note: only Active agreements will be displayed to team members.


Step 7: In the Agreement/Policy section, add the agreement verbiage.  You can also use the Team Member tag provided so that your team members name automatically populates into the agreement.


Step 8: Click the 'Save Updates' button.


Step 9: The next time your team members log into their account, they will be prompted to accept this agreement.  If any changes are made to the agreement after the team member has already accepted, they will be prompted to accept again.  You can see all acceptances, and the agreement that the team member accepted, on the Team Member Agreement Acceptance List report (Business>Reports>Team Member Agreement Acceptance List).
