When rescheduling an order, knowing your team members real time availability is crucial.  Your days of having to go to the Dashboard, Google Calendar, and everywhere in-between are over!  You can now reschedule from the Site Summary page without the need to track down team member availability.  Check out the steps below on rescheduling with real time availability!


How to reschedule with real time availability


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Go to Site Summary

    Step 2: Click the calendar icon

    Step 3: Choose a new appointment date/time

    Step 4: Click 'Save Changes'


Step-by-step:


Step 1: For the appointment that you need to reschedule, go to the Site Summary page.



Step 2: To the right of the scheduled Date/Time, you will see a calendar icon.  Click that icon to be taken to the Reschedule page.



Step 3: Choose the new appointment Date/Time that you would like to reschedule this appointment to.  Note: if you would like to view availability for all team members during reschedule, we recommend enabling Rescheduling with All Team Members.  This will allow you to reassign and reschedule at the same time.



Step 4: Scroll down and click 'Save Changes' to update the appointment!
