When bringing on a new client or brokerage, you may find that you need to create an exclusive product for them.  This would be something you want offered to that client/group but not available to any of your other customers.  This can be accomplished with Price Tiers!  Creating a Price Tier for that client/group will allow you to create exclusive products for him that no other client can order.  Check out the steps below on how to accomplish this!


Creating client or group exclusive products


Click the Steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Click the Business tab

    Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab

    Step 3: Create Price Tier

    Step 4: Create Product

    Step 5: Choose 'Hide' Price on Product Details

    Step 6: Click the Price Tiers tab

    Step 7: Enter Price for created Price Tier

    Step 8: Click 'Save Updates'

    Step 9: Set Price Tier for Client/Group


Step-by-step:


Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.


Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side of the page.


Step 3: Scroll down to the Price Tiers section and click 'Create a New Price Tier'.  Note: if you have never created a Price Tier before, click here and follow steps 1 through 5.



Step 4: Now that your Price Tier is created, you can create the exclusive product.  You can either add the product to an existing category or create a new one.  Click 'Create a New Product' and fill in the product details on the Product Details tab.


Step 5: In the Price field, choose the 'HIDE' option.  This will make it so that this product does not display for any of your clients.



Step 6: Now that you have your Product Details, click the Price Tiers tab on the left-hand side.



Step 7: For the Price Tier you created, enter in the price that you would like your exclusive Client/Group to pay for this product.



Step 8: Click 'Save Updates' to create your product.



Step 9: If you haven't already, you can now set the Price Tier for the Client/Group that you would like to offer this exclusive product to.  This can be done on the Client Summary/Group Details page.  Note: the client will need to be logged into their account when placing an order to ensure that they see this exclusive product.  If they are not logged in, this product will be hidden.
