Time is of the essence when it comes to getting orders placed for your clients. Sometimes, your client might get pulled away in the middle of placing an order and might forget to complete the order. On the other hand, there may be something like pricing or availability that is keeping them from completing their order. In those instances, being able to quickly reach out to your client and get their order placed can make all the difference. With the new Abandoned Cart Report, you can now see carts that have been started but not completed. This will allow you to reach out to clients and ensure that you win that order. Check out the steps below on how to use the Abandoned Cart Report!

Step 4: By default, the view is set to all shopping cart orders started over 30 minutes ago. This will ensure that you are not reaching out to clients for orders that are currently in progress. You can change your view by clicking the drop-down menu to the right of 'List of'.
Step 5: If you have chosen a different list view, click the 'Update' button.
Step 6: If you decide to reach out to the client and help them get the order placed, you can click 'Resume Order' to pick the order up where they left off. The resumed order will contain everything they already input up to the point of leaving the cart, except for scheduling.
Step 7: If you or the client decide not to go through with the order, you can click 'Ignore' to remove that abandoned cart from the report.
