Whether you want to allow Team Members to only edit existing Service Areas or give them full editing access, you are able to provide them access to make those changes themselves.  Check out the steps below on how to enable Service Area editing access for your Team Members!


How to enable service area editing for team members


Click the steps below for a detailed walk-through:

    Step 1: Click the Business tab

    Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab

    Step 3: Scroll to Team Member Settings

    Step 4: Enable 'Service Area Basics'

    Step 5: Enable 'Service Area Admin' (if needed)

    Step 6: Click 'Save Changes'

    Step 7: Modify Team Member Permissions (if needed)




Step-by-step:


Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.


Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab on the left-hand side of the page.


Step 3: Scroll down to the Team Member Settings section.


Step 4: To allow your Team Members to only modify the boundary of their existing service areas, click the checkbox for 'Enable Service Area Basics'.


Step 5: If you would like to allow your Team Members to create new/delete Service Areas and edit their Travel Fees, click the checkbox for 'Enable Service Area Admin'.  Note: you must also have 'Enable Service Area Basics' enabled for the Admin access to work properly.


Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'.  Your Team Members will now be able to modify their Service Areas by going to Account > Service Areas!



Step 7: If you would like to enable/disable these options on a per Team Member basis, you can do this by modifying your Team Member's Permissions!
