In response to the National Association of Realtors' (NAR) recent decision to remove buyer's commission from the MLS, we’ve developed a new feature to help you navigate this change with ease! When the selling agent needs a location to display the buyer's commission on a listing site, because they are no longer allowed to do so on the MLS, they can place this information in a new field that has been added to the Site Data page! Check out the steps below on how to add Buyer's Commission to the property site.

Step 3: Click to go to Site Summary
Step 4: Click the Site Data tab
Step 5: Scroll to the Buyer's Commission field
Step 6: Enter Buyer's Commission amount
Step 7: Enter Commission Supporting Test, if needed
Step 8: Click 'Save Updates'
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Sites tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Search for the property that you need to add the buyer's commission information to.
Step 3: Click on the property to go to the Site Summary page.
Step 4: On the left-hand side of the page, click the Site Data tab.
Step 5: Scroll down to the Buyer's Commission section located just below the Property Information section. Note: these fields are optional. Your client does not have to use them.
Step 6: In the Buyer's Commission field, enter the commission amount that the client would like displayed on the property site.
Step 7: In the Commission Supporting Text field, enter in any additional information about the buyer's commission that the client would like to display. Note: this field is optional. If the client adds text to the Buyer's Commission field, that will still display on the property site without any Commission Supporting Text being entered.
Step 8: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Updates'. Now when buyers are viewing your clients property site, they will be able to see the buyer's commission information. When there is Commission Supporting Text, an icon will appear for the viewer to click and see the supporting text.
